This is the perfect time of year to start talking about your
Annual Marketing Calendar for 2012…

Here’s how I think about it…

The most important thing you can work on is your bottom
line focus on Bankable Results.

That means taking an honest look at how you did this
year in 6 main areas of your business:

1. Getting Listings

2. Getting your listings SOLD

3. Finding Buyers

4. Converting Leads

5. Getting Referrals

6. Getting stuff done

Your plan for 2012 should include an absolutely bullet proof action
plan to accomplish those 6 things at the level you need to reach
all your financial goals.

I’m going to share my best advice on all six of these over the next
few weeks before the end of the year…
