“The sales begin when the customer says “No”…”

Connie Schiffert, of Minneapolis, had a great suggestion today.

When you’ve sent your “9-word email that revives dead leads”…
(Okay, I’ll tell ya… “Are you still looking for a home in Chanhassen?”)

If they respond with “no”… then don’t dump them… respond in kind…

“Who do you know that might be looking be a home in Chanhassen…
that would appreciate getting weekly updates of the new properties?
