By now, I am sure you are aware of the issues that Get Response experienced starting this past weekend. You might have noticed that you didn’t receive notifications of any sign-ups to your campaigns and were unable to send out your Marketwatch newsletters and Autoresponders.
I just got off the phone with our contact at Get Response to find out what happened, the status of these issues and their fixes and what they are doing to prevent this from happening again.
Get Response was able to restore notifications of new signups with 48 hours of the attack and should have outbound emailing restored by the end of tomorrow.

While they are working on restoring the outbound emailing, they have queued up all of the outbound messages. I will be in contact next with their customer service team to find out if anything needs to be done or if these messages will go out as they are stacked in the queue.
Once I know if there’s any action that we need to take, I’ll send another email. I anticipate having that all wrapped up with their customer service department within the next 24 hours.
